TAKE ROUTE 4 EAST
GET OFF AT HACKENSACK AVE (after you go under overpass)
MAKE A RIGHT ONTO HACKENSACK AVE WHICH CHANGES INTO NEW BRIDGE ROAD
GO STRAIGHT ABOUT 10 LIGHTS AND YOU CAN'T GO ANY FURTHER, MAKE A RIGHT AND GET INTO THE LEFT LANE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE MAKING THE LEFT AT THE LIGHT
GO STRAIGHT THE ROAD IS KIND OF TWISTY (Liberty Rd) AT THE 2^ND LIGHT MAKE A RIGHT TURN AND THEN AT THE NEXT CORNER MAKE A LEFT ONTO PALASIDES AVE
FROM THAT POINT YOU CAN SEE STRAIGHT UP THE HILL WHICH IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO (1/2 way around the circle) GO STRAIGHT UNTIL YOU COME TO 9W AND MAKE THE RIGHT TURN
GO UNTIL YOU PASS 3 TRAFFIC LIGHTS AT THAT LIGHT YOU WILL SEE THE BALLY'S GYM TURN IN THAT BLOCK. GOOD LUCK. (It's easy and less time consuming).

Take Route 80 East going toward New York. You will be exiting at exit # 72. (Stay in 2^nd lane from left but don't bear left for bridge use exit lane and get off Route 80).
Go up exit ramp to light onto 9W (Lemoine Avenue). Make a left onto Lemoine Ave. (which later becomes Sylvan Avenue/9W) stay in left lane will go pass a small shopping mall. After the 4th light will see a V in the road - stay left - this brings you onto Sylvan Ave./9W.
Go North approximately 1.5 miles (4 traffic lights) you will see a Toyota dealer we are right passed it on the corner and just before the Crystal Palace (Chinese Restaurant)
Make a left at the street between the Chinese Restaurant and 140 Sylvan Avenue (Middlesex St.).
Then make your first left which will put you into the parking lot of #140 Sylvan Avenue, at the back of the building. Park your car.
If you enter from the front of the building go up one small flight and to the right. (Or you can walk in the back door, walk straight toward the front of the building to the elevator, go up one flight and we are across the hall Suite 1 Food Import Group).

Take GWB (top level) and stay all the way to the right which leads to Palisades Interstate Parkway.
Take the PIP to Exit 1 - Englewood/Englewood Cliffs and make a right at the end of exit.
Make a left at the light onto 9W (Sylvan Avenue).
At the 3rd light, you'll see a Bally Fitness Club and a Chinese Restaurant (Crystal Palace).
Make a right at the far side of the Chinese Restaurant.
Then make your first left which will put you into the parking lot of #140 Sylvan Avenue and at the back of the building. Park your car.
We're in the front of the building up one flight. (You can walk in the back, up one flight and toward the front of the Building without walking around the building).

Take New Jersey Turnpike North to 80/95 East towards New York.
Stay in the local lanes and get off at the LAST exit before bridge (Palisades Parkway, Ft. Lee, 9W)
Go up exit ramp to 2nd light onto 9W (Lemoine Avenue). Make a left onto Lemoine Ave. which becomes Sylvan Avenue/9W.
Go North approximately 1.5 miles to 140 Sylvan Avenue (on left), you will also see a Bally Fitness Club and a Chinese Restaurant (Crystal Palace).
Make a left at the street between the Chinese Restaurant and 140 Sylvan Avenue (Middlesex St.).
Then make your first left which will put you into the parking lot of #140 Sylvan Avenue, at the back of the building. Park your car.
If you enter from the front of the building up one flight to the right. (You can walk in the back, up one flight and toward the front of the building without walking around the building Suite 1 Food Import Group).

Take Route 17 North until signs for Route 4 East. Get onto Route 4 East and approximately 8 miles will see exit # 72 for Lemoine Ave., 9W(Sylvan Avenue). Take that exit.
Go to light and make a left turn. After the 4th traffic light you must bear left when you come to the V in the road, this brings you onto 9W/Sylvan Ave.
After the 4th light, you'll see a Toyota Dealer we are 2 doors away at the corner turn into the street (Middlesex) between the Chinese Restaurant (Crystal Palace).
If you pass Bally's Fitness Center you have gone to far.
Then make your first left which will put you into the parking lot of #140 Sylvan Avenue and at the back of the building. Park your car.
We're in the front of the building up one flight. (You can walk through the door in the back, and go up one flight or walk straight toward the front of the Building and take the elevator up one flight.) The office is across from the elevators.

Take New York thruway (Route 87) to Palisades Pkwy South Exit #13S.
Take Palisades Parkway South to Exit 1, (Ft. Lee, 9W) make right at end of exit.
Make a left at light onto Sylvan Avenue/9W.
At the 3rd light, you will see a Bally Fitness Club and a Chinese Restaurant (Crystal Palace).
Make a right at the street between the Chinese Restaurant and 140 Sylvan Avenue (Middlesex St.).
Then make your first left which will put you into the parking lot of #140 Sylvan Avenue, at the back of the building. Park your car.
If you enter from the front of the building go up one small flight of stairs and to the right is Suite 1, Food Import Group.
If you come in the back, go straight ahead and you will see an elevator and a flight of stairs go up one flight, and we are the office across from the elevators.

Start out going South on US-9W/SYLVAN AVE toward VAN NOSTRAND AVE. Continue to follow US-9W S.
Merge onto NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE S/I-95 S via the ramp- on the left- toward I-80 W/GARDEN STATE PARKWAY (Portions toll).
Merge onto NJ-81 N via exit number 13A toward ELIZABETH/ELIZABETH SEAPORT/NEWARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (Portions toll).
Take the NORTH AVE EAST ramp toward IKEA DR/ELIZABETH SEAPORT.
Merge onto NORTH AVE E.
NORTH AVE E becomes MCLESTER ST.
Turn LEFT onto POLARIS ST.
End at 1140 POLARIS ST ELIZABETH NJ
